Regardless of their professional backgrounds, there is one characteristic that marks all Bridgespan team members: a deeply-held personal commitment to working with nonprofit leaders to make a positive impact.
Bridgespan recruits people of exceptional talent and ability regardless of their many differences. We serve diverse organizations, and are dedicated to non-discrimination. Our mission demands an ability to call on a broad spectrum of analytical and problem-solving expertise, and we believe that the finest strategic thinking is truly blind to the boundaries that society, geography and other factors often engender. Our goal, therefore, is to create teams of individuals that reflect diversity across a multitude of dimensions.
We are committed to providing equal opportunities, and we are proud to have been named one of the Human Rights Campaign 2008 Best Places to Work. It is our policy to ensure that all individuals with whom we are in contact are treated without regard to age, color, disability, gender, marital status, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or expression, or veteran status. We actively partner with organizations representing minority concerns and interests to build high-performing teams that mirror the communities we serve.
In evaluating professionals for the Bridgespan team, we look for:- Proven ability to leverage leading-edge strategic tools and methodologies to conduct detailed, fact-based analyses of complex strategic and organizational challenges.
- Willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forging close relationships with clients and colleagues to develop strategies in a collegial professional environment.
- Humility to recognize that we are learning all the time, and that every challenge is an opportunity to gain new knowledge.
If this sounds like you, and you have a desire to make a positive impact within the nonprofit sector, we invite you to explore career opportunities at the Bridgespan Group.
